June $7000/wk. July $8000/wk. August $7000/wk.
Only weekly rentals are available during summer months.
March, April, May, Sept, Oct $4500/wk or $2500/long weekend.
Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec $3000/wk or $2250/long weekend.
Add $1500 for holiday/race weeks. Add $2000 for Davidson graduation. We are unable to host weddings.
